I am the proud owner of three, Tibetan 7-metal singing bowls. One of them is a Crown Chakra Master Healing Tibetan bowl that is at least 100 years old, created by a Tibetan monk using a centuries old secret method. In the video below, I use this bowl, as well as the other two I own, to create a meditation of sound to open and activate the Crown chakra. The meditation is about 4 minutes long.

The video is quite large. It may take a while to open. Once it does, close your eyes and breath deeply into your second chakra. Feel your abdomen rising and falling with every breath. And as you listen to the bowls sing, feel the energy rising up from your abdomen, through your heart and throat chakras, warmly activating your third eye and then, opening and filling your crown chakra with divine light.
